About this experience

Designed for ages 7–11, our all-new Spring Break Day Class will help your child become a more creative and confident cook! In this daytime class, your future foodie will enjoy delicious, hands-on Italian cooking while having fun in the kitchen. As they knead pasta dough, whisk salad dressing and more, they’ll learn essential cooking techniques, basic food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety. Plus, every student will go home with a printed menu and their own apron.

-Homemade Spaghetti and meatballs

-Classic Caesar salad with homemade dressing

Ages 7-12+

What To Expect: Hands On Class

You will work in groups of 4 with your own ingredients and equipment– learning to make dough from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment.

  • Work from a classic recipe
  • Classes are roughly 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted
  • This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
